(11:20) Santa Cruz – An explosion went off in Santa Cruz this morning. Witnesses reported that around 10:15 there was an explosion on Mills road off Glen Canyon Road. The explosion happened in the middle of the road and a small fire broke out. There have been no reports of any injuries. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
