An investigation into a Salinas attempted murder in July led to two arrests on Friday. The Salinas SWAT team arrested the alleged shooter 29 year old Marcial Allen Elizalde at a home on the 200 block of Paloma Avenue. Monterey Sheriff’s deputies arrested a second suspect, 20 year old Isaac Jimenez at a Greenfield residence. Both men have been booked into Monterey County Jail on attempted murder charges.
