(06:50) Marina – A man was arrested after being spotted in a stolen vehicle. The incident took place yesterday afternoon in Marina. Officers reported that the driver of the stolen vehicle, Martin Vidal, was seen leaving a known drug house. Vidal also had warrants for his arrest and was driving on a suspended license.
