A Ben Lomond man faces 21 felonies and 2 misdemeanors. 28 year-old Austin Combs is accused of numerous attacks on a number of people….including kidnapping, and then shooting a man in the face before cutting out his tongue and an eye….and kidnapping and raping a woman and then attacking her with a wrench.
