(09:35) A woman is missing after she crashed her car near a ranch on July 17, in Merced. 33 year-old Jamie Tull, of Stanislaus, is diagnosed as bipolar and relatives believe the car crash was a suicidal attempt. The morning of the crash, Tull was seen in Salinas’ Chinatown, looking for volunteer work with the homeless. Tull was also in Monterey the night before. Her family is now offering a $100,000 reward for her return. If anyone has any information on Tull’s whereabouts they are encouraged to call 911.
