An auto-body shop owner has been arrested for defrauding elderly clients. 42 year-old Scotts Valley Resident Grant Peuse, who owns G-N-P Speed And Machine in Santa Cruz, faces 5 counts of grand theft, theft from an elder, money laundering, forgery, and possession of automatic weapons. Reportedly Peuse would take money up-front to restore or build cars for elderly people….and then would use the money to pay off his personal debt.
