(17:04) SALINAS- Salinas police are investigating a series of smash and grab thefts. Over the past two months nearly 2 dozen businesses have been targeted in East Salinas. The thieves usually strike establishments that have cash registers that can be grabbed. The crimes are believed to be related. Anyone with any information is encouraged to contact Salinas Police.
