People who witnessed, or have information about, a person being hit by a vehicle early Saturday morning in Salinas are being sought. The 17 year-old boy (who was hit) is still in critical condition at an area hospital. That after he was found near the apartment complex at the intersection of North Davis Road and Larkin Street. Anyone with information about the early Saturday morning accident is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department.
