(09:50) Authorities reported that 3 people are injured after a head on collision on Saturday. The crash took place at 10:30 p.m. on Graham Hill Road in Felton. 48 year-old Todd Russo, of San Francisco, was driving under the influence of alcohol when he crossed over the double yellow lines and crashed head on with a Mazda. The driver of the Mazda was transported to the hospital and is in critical condition; the passenger was treated for moderate injuries. Russo sustained major injuries and was airlifted to Dominican Hospital. The collision is currently under investigation.
