(08:25) Santa Cruz – Agents with the Santa Cruz County Anti-Crime Team’s Gang Task Force arrested a man for carrying a loaded gun and possession of a controlled substance on Friday. Agents spotted a vehicle in downtown Santa Cruz, near Front Street, with tail lights blacked out and tinted windows. Inside the vehicle agents found 30-year-old Francisco Garcia in possession of 27.5 grams of heroin and loaded firearm. Garcia was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
