A man has been arrested for suspected D.U.I., in connection with this afternoon’s accident near Buena Vista. The southbound Highway 1 off-ramp there was closed after a major accident occurred there. The driver tried to flee the scene, but was arrested and booked into Santa Cruz County Jail.
