(08:15) Santa Cruz County – The Santa Cruz County Law Enforcement personnel are raising money for Special Olympics Northern California. The Special Olympics Summer Games brings together more than 700 Special Olympics athletes from throughout Northern California to compete in aquatics, tennis and track & field. The Torch Run will be tomorrow and start in Watsonville at 08:00 a.m. before heading through Aptos, Capitola, Santa Cruz, and ending the day in Scotts Valley.
