(12:10)APTOS- An Aptos man accused of creating and distributing child pornography will be in federal court this week. 19 year old Ryan Spencer and co defendant 24 year old Bryan Peterson of Tiburon have hearings scheduled for tomorrow (Tues) at U.S. District Court in San Francisco. The men, who met online, are charged with using supervisory jobs to create illicit video of children in their care. Both men remain in federal custody.
