(17:22) SALINAS- The Salinas Police Department is announcing an enforcement effort. Starting on May 22nd patrol units will honor national seatbelt month with the Click It Or Ticket campaign. Officers will be writing tickets for a 165 dollars for adult violations and 465 dollars for improperly restrained children. The enforcement will continue through June 4th.
