(06:55) Santa Cruz – A third person has been identified and arrested along with a Santa Cruz neurosurgeon and nurse in a child sex abuse case. 29 year-old Emily Stephens was arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting six young children in Santa Cruz County. Stephens is accused along with Dominican Hospital nurse 42 year-old Rashel Brandon, of Watsonville, and neurosurgeon 57 year-old James Kohut, of Santa Cruz. Stephens was arrested May 12 in Arizona. Kohut is scheduled to be arraigned at 8:15 this morning at Santa Cruz County Superior Court.
