(05;55) King City – A gang member was arrested yesterday in King City. 22 year-old Luis Fernando Garcia was caught with a loaded handgun and cocaine near a school on Calcagno Street. Garcia was booked into the Monterey County Jail for several charges including possession of a concealed loaded weapon on a person in public, and possession of a firearm within 1000 feet of a school.
