A 19 year-old Aptos man has pleaded not guilty to 4 counts of possessing, receiving, and distributing child pornography. Ryan Spencer (and another man, with whom he swapped images of children) could each face a minimum of 20 years in prison if they are convicted on all of the charges against them. Spencer was employed as an afterschool instructional aid at Mar Vista Elementary School and was also a cabin leader for the Outdoor Science School in Santa Cruz county.
