(08:35) Santa Cruz – A man was arrested after he was spotted in a stolen vehicle. A local U-Haul business reported that one of their trucks was recently stolen. The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office reported that the truck was spotted on Highway 1. The truck driver, Daniel Mastin, initially failed to pull over. Once he did, he tried to run away on foot. Mastin was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, evading police in a vehicle as well as on foot, and a probation violation
