A meeting to garner (and share) information about Accessory Dwelling Units, in the unincorporated portions of Santa Cruz County, is scheduled to be held tomorrow. Based on information gathered in a meeting up in the San Lorenzo Valley last week about A.D.U.’s, less than 50 percent of the units there are permitted. Along with that, the average size of one of them is about 515 square feet, and the median rent is $1250. Tomorrow’s meeting is scheduled to take place from 6:30 until 8:30 p-m, in the Community Room at the Simpkins Family Swim Center.
