(06:55) Watsonville – The Watsonville Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a man who allegedly touched a 16 year-old girl in a sexual manner at a store. The incident took place on Friday at the CVS Pharmacy, located on 490 Rodriguez Street. After the unwanted touching, the suspect fled the store in a black BMW. The suspect was described as a Hispanic male, mid to late 20’s with short dark hair, light complexion, and a goatee.
