Construction management firms Griffin Structures and Swinerton Builders, as well as architects from LPA incorporated, have been chosen by the Salinas City Council to work on the new Salinas Police station. The new public safety center will be located at 312 East Alisal Sreet. It will replace the existing station that was built in 1958 on Lincoln Street. The development team and city are working toward opening the new facility in October of 2019.
