(16:30) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz County will be voting on recreational marijuana rules tomorrow (Tues). During Tuesday’s meeting county supervisors will begin addressing recreational cannabis rules that have been necessitated by the passing of legalization initiative on last November’s ballot. Issues expected to be addressed are limiting access to minors through secure grow sights and manicured cannabis storage procedures.
