(16:07)CAPITOLA- A toxicology report for the man who killed his daughter and himself in Capitola has been released. According to the report 36 year old Carlos Garcia had several different drugs in his system on March 19th, when he took the life of his 8 year old daughter before taking his own in acar parked at the Capitola Mall, Garcia’s blood was positive for methadone, methamphetamine and cannabis.
