(12:04)SANTA CRUZ- A Santa Cruz doctor is on probation as part of a March 3rd settlement in connection with alleged painkiller over prescription. Doctor William Ebert was accused of over prescribing opiods to three patients at the Palo Alto Medical Group of Santa Cruz. Dr. Ebert remains on staff at the clinic and is undergoing alternative pain management training.
