(16:50) LIVE OAK- A Santa Cruz man was arrested on drug and weapons charges yesterday (Thurs). Following an investigation into drug sales the Santa Cruz County Gang Task Force along with Santa Cruz Police served a search warrant at a residence on the 2300 block of Portola Drive. A search of the dwelling uncovered over a pound and a half of methamphetamine and a pistol with an illegal magazine. 42 year old Guillermo Garcia was booked into Santa Cruz County Jail for possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of high-capacity magazines. A second person was detained and released.
