(07:00) Scotts Valley – A video that surfaced online provided new details in an attack by a group of children last Saturday in Scotts Valley. As a result three people have been indentified as key players in the fight at SkyPark. Authorities reported that No arrests have been made but, charges of battery will be recommended. The cause of the fight is still under investigation. Anyone with information about this incident is encouraged to call the Scotts Valley police Department.
