Several Monterey Bay Area counties are among the 25 to qualify for low-interest disaster loans, to help repair damage from the February storms. The application process begins tomorrow morning (Wednesday) in the Disaster Loan Outreach Center on the 2nd floor of the Santa Cruz County Government Center at 701 Ocean Street. The low-interest loans are available to businesses and residents negatively impacted by the storms and flooding between February 1st and 25th.
