(17:35) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz Harbor has announced businesses are eligible for assistance. Officials say that the Port District received enough Economic Injury Worksheets to qualify all business tenants (including non-profits) for Small Business Administration (SBA) loans for losses caused by the January/February 2017 storm disaster.
