(08:20) Santa Cruz – A Second public forum will be held tonight to solicit opinions on what the replacement for Chief Kevin Vogel should look like. The new chief will oversee 124 employees, including 104 sworn officers, and a $26 million annual department budget. City Officials are asking the public to fill out a survey at the meeting or to fill one out on line at surveymonkey.com. The survey can also be found on cityofsantacruz.com. The meeting will be from 7 to 9 tonight at Beach Flats Community Center, 1333 Leibrandt Avenue. The event will be in English and Spanish.
