(07:40) Felton – The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s recovered a stolen vehicle late last week in Felton. A man reported that two men attacked him and stole his truck while he was on Zayante School Road. One suspect was identified as Jacob Collins. Later that day an off duty Deputy spotted Collins with the truck in Boulder Creek. After a short foot pursuit, deputies arrested Collins.
