(10:35) Santa Cruz – There is nationwide missing juvenile alert out for a transgender girl form Santa Cruz. 13 year-old Xora Love is 5’10”, 120 pounds, with pink hair. Love may appear to be male but identifies as female. Love may be headed to Portland Oregon in a white specialized road bike.
