(13:46) SANTA CRUZ- The Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors has approved a change in the Live Oak area parking plan. The supervisors have approved a plan to purchase four kiosk parking permit vendors similar to the ones used near the Boardwalk and downtown areas. The kiosks will now have to be approved by the California Coastal Commission. The automated kiosks are expected to save the county 30 percent of time used to enforce parking around the beaches in the unincorporated area of Live Oak.
