(10:05) Santa Cruz county – The Northbound lanes on Highway 17 have been reopened. The lanes were closed for several weeks after the storms along the central coast created a massive mudslide. Caltrans reported that one southbound lane is currently closed due to roadway cracking near Sugarloaf Road. That area is currently being evaluated to of determine what repairs are necessary.
