(05:55) Santa Cruz – Authorities say that Two Graniterock workers were run over by a construction vehicle on Highway 17 yesterday. The incident happened at 12:10 p-m near Vine hill Road in Scotts Valley. It was reported that both men were pinned under the wheels. One victim, 54 year-old Robert Gill, of Los Banos, died minutes later. The other victim was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
