A rock slide prevention project is scheduled to start on Highway 17 tomorrow (Tuesday). Work crews will begin installing a net wall near Vine Hill Road. Cal Trans will close one northbound lane from 9:30 a.m. until 4 p.m. Motorists should be prepared for delays.
