(18:03) SANTA CRUZ-Yesterday (Thurs), President Barack Obama has used his authority under the Antiquities Act to add the Cotoni-Coast Dairies property IN Santa Cruz county to the existing California Coastal National Monument system. The Cotoni-Coast Dairies addition to the California Coastal National Monument consists of 5,800 acres of federally-owned land and encompasses numerous watersheds, critical wildlife habitat, scenic beauty and rich cultural resources. The next steps into to integrating the property into the national monument system should take place in the first half of 2017
