(10:30) Santa Cruz – the woman who was rescued from a submerged vehicle on Saturday is in stable condition. The driver, Michael Sanchez and Dana Olson were reportedly intoxicated when the vehicle went down the harbor launch ramp and into the water at around 7:15 p.m. Sanchez treated for minor injuries and has been discharged from the hospital. Sanchez was arrested and charged with DUi.
