(07:20) Santa Cruz – A man and a woman were arrested for being in possession of methamphetamine last week. Witnesses said they saw 52 year-old Calvin Carlson and 40 year-old Suzanne Winchel selling drugs from a vehicle at Harvey West Park in Santa Cruz. Police recovered 9 grams of methamphetamine.
