(06:45) Santa Cruz County – Northbound Highway 17 closed again last night due to another mudslide. Traffic is currently being diverted to one lane on the southbound side. California Highway Patrol reported that Highway 9 is also shut down at Sylvan Avenue. A tree and power lines are blocking the entire roadway.
