A man and his 5 kids were rescued from their partially submerged car in Watsonville on Monday. That after the man thought he could drive it across Paulsen Road, which was flooded at the time. When the car stopped, the man used the car’s skyroof to get he and his children up onto the top of the car, and rescuers picked the family up from there.
