(11:30) Santa Cruz – The California Highway Patrol announced that there is two-way traffic in the Southbound lanes on Highway 17 starting at Vine Hill Road. Both Northbound lanes remain closed after a mudslide brought down trees and power lines this morning. Crews are currently working to clear the area. As of right now there is no estimated time of when the northbound lanes will reopen
