(17:36) SANTA CRUZ- A six story library and parking structure project goes before the Santa Cruz city council on Tuesday. The proposed construction would take place at the city owned lot at Cedar, Cathcart and Lincoln streets into a six-story structure, with a single-floor library with 2 floors of combined office space and parking along with three floors of parking only. The meeting ill also discuss sites for a permanent downtown farmers market.
