(10:35) Santa Cruz – The four accused LSD drug dealers, in connection with the Luke Smith case, were released from jail on Wednesday. Smith was reported to be on LSD when he was fatally shot by a Santa Cruz County Sheriffs Officer after advanced towards them with a wielding knife. 24 year-old Bradly Hodge, 28 year-old Taylor Filson, and 20 year-old Thomas Negron appeared in court on Wednesday and pleaded not guilty to manufacturing drugs. The three were released and did not have to post bail. The fourth person arrested, Nathaniel Trescano, is currently in a coma and being treated at a hospital.
