(10:35) Monterey County – Caltrans is making improvements to two lane highways along the Central Coast due to the amount of accidents that have occurred in the last year. The areas topping the list for the most accidents are: Highway 68, Highway 183, San Miguel Canyon Road and Carmel Valley Road. One of the improvements will be to add in rumble strips, which prevent drivers from veering off the road or into the center divide.
