(11:59) CARMEL VALLEY- A Carmel Valley man is facing felony DUI Charges after ramming a wine tasting tour wagon. The incident occurred earlier this month on Carmel Valley Road when 36 year old Jeff Moser apparently intentionally rammed a wagon with 7 occupants being pulled by a tractor. Upon impact a woman was thrown from the wagon into the roadway. Moser was arrested at the scene and will be arraigned on November 22nd for felony DUI, DUI causing injury and assault with a deadly weapon.
