(08:15) Salinas – Salinas’ new police chief, Adele Frese, is scheduled to start November 28th. The position became available after Kelly McMillin announced he would be retiring at the end of September. There were 40 candidates from across the country that was considered for the position. Frese, who is currently Greenfields Police Chief, was selected because of her knowledge of the area, her commitment to the community and her record of excellence. Swearing in ceremony will be held on December 2nd.
