(10:40) Santa Cruz County – The Santa Cruz Elections office has extended their office hours so that people can register to vote. The last day to register to vote is today. The Santa Cruz Elections office will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The county has seen an increase in the number of young voters. There are more than 40,000 voters between the ages of 18 and 35 and overall registration increase. People can go online or stop by the Santa Cruz Elections office to register.
