SANTA CRUZ – The Santa Cruz county coroner has ruled that 32 year-old Sean Arlt’s death was a homicide….and now investigators will determine if they believe there was any criminal intent by the Santa Cruz Police Officer who fired the fatal shot. Although Santa Cruz police officers do not currently wear body cameras, reportedly one officer turned on a dash-cam before the fatal interaction with Arlt.
