(10:08) SALINAS- A Salinas traffic stop led to the arrest of two men on Saturday. Shortly before 9:30 p.m. a patrol unit stopped a vehicle for a traffic infraction near the intersection of East Market Street and Eucalyptus Drive. A passenger in the car was a known gang member and a search of the vehicle was performed, uncovering a handgun, ammunition, cocaine and methamphetamine. The Drver 20 year old Fausto Arellano was booked into county jail for possession of the firearm and possession of a controlled substance for sales. 20 year old Michael Serrano, on probation with gang terms was also booked into County Jail. A 17 year old juvenile was released to a family member.
