(18:05) SANTA CRUZ- Santa Cruz county public works and Cal Fire crews are preparing for wet weather. As fire fighters work to manage hot spots in the now fully contained Loma fire, they also are working to install rain runoff diverters in areas burned clear of vegetation. County workers are clearing storm drains and readying for possible downed trees and washed out roadways. The Santa Cruz Mountains could see over an inch of rain over the weekend.
